  Attended for an archery session. Was met by one of the go active instructors at the main lodge who walked us up to the range. He did a quick safety talk before getting us all involved in some very fun games. There were 8 of us in the party and never once did the instructor (Danny) for get our names or drop his enthusiasm for the event. He kept us all smiling and laughing with his quick wit and fun games. With and hour and a half session complete we had had a great time and would happily come again. Danny was a great asset to the go active team and certainly made the activity more enjoyable.

  Lovely location and our lodge is the biggest we have stayed in, it is also finished to a high standard and had everything we needed on arrival - afew sachets of tea/coffee/milk/hit chocolate, dishwasher tabs, sponges and washing up liquid etc. I had to speak to reception and found them veryfriendly and helpful in fact all the staff I have encountered have been friendly and helpful. The children's soft play could be a little better but that's me being fussy given all the services on offer. I would recommend this resort

  Shoe and Lodges are clean and well looked after. We stayed in a cheddar lodge Premier with hot tub. Lodge was roomy and very clean. Some signs of damp in the main bedroom which detracted a little but otherwise lodge was modern and nicely laid out. Hot tub was clean and functional although the lights didn't work and not all functions worked. Beware however if you are there when it rains the drainpipes Drip very loudly and are not suppressed so it's a bit like Chinese water torture.
